The present guidelines are based on the 17/05/2020 Veneto Region regulations and may vary according to future provisions

GREEN AREA

You can place your beach towel on the green area, keeping 1,5 mt social distancing from people not belonging to the same family or travel group.

ENTERTAINMENT

PLAYGROUND

By regional law, the playground and the video games room are closed until June 2. Should this regulation change, we will gladly open both spaces to the public.

BEACH AND SEA

THE SEA

Cavallino-Treporti has been awarded with the Blue Flag, a recognition that is given to beaches with clean water and maximum safety.
Update 18.05. – Access to the free beach is possible, but for a first period there will be no beach service or rescue services. We invite guests to pay close attention during bathing. As long as the beach service is not active, take a bottle of disinfectant with you. We expect the beach to be fully ready and equipped in the next few weeks.

FREE BEACH

Personal equipment (sunbeds, beach towels, deck chairs, etc.) must be placed at least one meter away from the neighbors. The municipality of Cavallino-Treporti is working on a common regulation for free beaches that will be available in the coming weeks.

FACE MASK

The face mask should be worn when going to the kiosk or toilet, as well as in situations where the interpersonal distance is less than 1 meter.

SPORT

Individual sports that usually take place on the beach (e.g. rackets) or in the water (e.g. swimming, surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing) can be practiced in compliance with interpersonal distancing measures. For team sports (e.g. beach volleyball, soccer, basketball) it will be necessary to respect the provisions of the competent institutions after June 2nd.

CHECK-IN

TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT ON ARRIVAL

The temperature on arrival can be measured, preventing access if the threshold of 37,5 °C is exceeded. However, we ask the arriving guests to be responsible and not to show up at the campsite in case of symptoms such as fever, cough, breathing difficulties. In case of booking you can contact the booking office to move your stay without losing the deposit. Everyone’s health must come first.

CHECK-IN

If you have a booking, please check in online before arrival by accessing the reserved area on the site or the link in the booking email.

GROUPS OF NON-COEXISTING TRAVELLERS

Those who travel in groups with people who do not belong to their families should be responsible and not join in with symptoms such as fever, cough, breathing difficulties.

VISITORS

Visitors are allowed between 8.00-22.00, for each pitch / mobile home in a limited and predefined number, avoiding gatherings and respecting the interpersonal distance of 1m and the use of the mask.

CHECK-OUT

If you have a booking, please complete the payment online before arrival. This will simplify the procedures at the reception, avoiding unnecessary waiting time and people gatherings. The tourist tax will be paid one day before departure. For guests who did not book in advance, we kindly ask you to pay the bill the day before the departure, in order to avoid long waits at the time of leaving.

FACEMASK

The mask should be worn in indoor spaces (e.g. commercial activities, common areas and toilets), and in any case always when it is not possible to respect the interpersonal distance of at least one metre (except for members of the same family/group of travellers). During physical activity the use of the mask is not compulsory. This until new regulations are issued by the competent authorities of Veneto.

RESTAURANT-PIZZERIA

TABLES

Reservations are strongly recommended, as there cannot be more customers inside the venue than there are seats. We placed tables and seats inside the restaurant and on the terrace according to the regional and national regulations for interpersonal distancing.

TAKE AWAY

All menu items are also available for take away, including pizzas and ice creams.

MENU

The restaurant menus are plasticized, so it’s easy for us to sanitise them after each use. We are also preparing the online menu, which can be consulted directly from your smartphone.

FOOD & DRINKS AT THE BAR

Consumption at the bar counter is not allowed. We invite guests to take advantage of the tables on the terrace. There is no extra charge for table service.

FACE MASK

The face mask needs to be used every time you are in public spaces and can be removed only eating or drinking while seated.

HYGIENE

There are hand sanitizing gel dispensers in all access points and at the restrooms.

PITCHES

SAFE STAY

Pitches are delimited by trees and, in some cases, even hedges. They guarantee a space available for each group of travelers ranging from 40 to 75 square meters, ensuring a safe distance. Thus it is possible to enjoy a holiday in the open air and surrounded by nature.

PARKING ON YOUR PITCH

When setting up your tent, campervan or caravan, place the entry door at least 3 mt away from your neighbour’s. Our team member that will accompany you to your pitch will help and give instructions.

CLEANING AND DETERGENCY

Guests are recommended to regularly clean and clean the interior and exterior furnishings on their pitch.

ACCOMMODATIONS FOR RENT

Our staff follows specific procedures for cleaning and sanitizing mobile homes and caravans after each checkout, with certified cleaning products. The linen is treated by a special company that carries out laundry operations with certified products. Natural air exchange of the rooms and the regular cleaning of air conditioning systems is also guaranteed according to standard procedures.

SHARED BATHROOMS

All toilets are cleaned and disinfected with specific products 3 times a day in all their parts. Their structure ensures the natural circulation of air. Dispensers are equipped with a disinfectant soap.
