In welcoming you and wishing you a pleasant and serene stay, we ask you to dedicate only a few minutes to the vision of some rules, rules that you will find in this regulation. The management of the Hotel reserves the right to modify the present regulations for reasons of opportunity and functioning of the services by posting changes to the Hotel reception.


Upon arrival, customers will be asked for an identification document for the purpose of communicating to the competent police bodies. Accepted documents: ID card, passport, driving license.

Processing of personal data: Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 06/30/2003 n.196, all the personal data of our Customers will be processed both by computer systems and manually, in order to carry out fiscal obligations (to draw up invoices, record data etc.) and to send advertising material and commercial promotions relating to our Hotel.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in time: from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm
If for reasons of force majeure it is not possible to arrive on time, please notify the reception.

Check-out time: within 10.00
We inform our guests that the Hotel is covered by an insurance with which it can be held responsible for any accidents to its customers. This insurance is covered only within the structure and for the period of stay from check-in to check-out.


Reservations can be made in the following ways:

    • Directly in the Hotel: the customer’s membership is sufficient.
    • By phone or e-mail: in these cases the reservation is considered completed and concluded when the customer sends a copy of the payment made of the deposit by bank transfer or postal order previously agreed with the Management.
    • On-line: it is possible to book through the Booking on-line present on our site.

Terms of payment

The following payment methods are accepted:

– Cash
– Credit cards (Visa, euro / Mastercard, American express, Maestro, CartaSì)

Cancellation / withdrawal

In the event that the Customer cancels the reservation, the Hotel reserves the following conditions:
– Up to the 15th day before the beginning of the stay the paid deposit will be immediately returned.
– From the 14th to the 8th day before the beginning of the stay 50% will be retained.
– From the 7th to the 1st day before the start of the stay 100% will be retained.
The Management reserves the right to agree with the customer to be able to take advantage of the deposit held in other periods compatibly with the availability of the Hotel.

Credit card information and pre-authorization information

In case of No-show or non-fulfillment of the cancellation conditions, the Hotel will not be able to resell the room and will suffer an economic loss.
In the form of self-protection, the Hotel pre-authorizes the credit card to guarantee future payment: the details of the card will be verified by requesting its validity to the circuit to which it belongs and submitting it to a pre-authorization.
This operation will temporarily block the specific amount and at the time of check-out the charge will be made.
Our Hotel does not require payment of the stay except at check-out (except for the non-refundable rates for which payment will be made at the time of booking without the possibility of refund in case of cancellation or for cancellations outside by the terms or the No-Show). When the amount has been debited, the company that issued the credit card will unlock the amount of the pre-authorization and this usually takes place within 72 hours of the actual charge.

Early departures

At the early departure (without valid reasons) a penalty equal to 3 days of accommodation only (as per hotel regulations) will be paid


The breakfast buffet is served from 7.30 am to 9.30 am
Lunch is served at 12.30
Dinner is served from 7.00pm to 8.30pm.
We kindly ask our customers to respect the times.

Animal acceptance

The Hotel offers the possibility to lodge in its own structure small and medium size animals, at the specific conditions.
The Management must be informed of the presence of the animal at the time of booking.
The customer within the accommodation facility must take care of keeping the animal so as not to cause harassment and damage to customers and the hotel.
Animals cannot stay in commonly used environments (dining room).
Only animals in compliance with the rules established by the hygiene regulations and the current legislation on the matter can access the hotel.
The Management has the right to request compensation or compensation for any damage caused to the structure.

No smoking

In all the internal areas of the Hotel, including the rooms, smoking is prohibited (art.51 law 3 of 16/01/03).
Guests are kindly requested to use the areas outside the Hotel in order to smoke.

Values ​​deposit

Each room has an electronic safe to store money and valuables. Customers are required to keep their items in it and to make sure that when they leave the room they are always well closed.
The Hotel will not be responsible for any theft or loss.

Hotel services

INCLUDED in the price of the stay:

    • WI FI internet connection
    • Change of sheets every 3 days
    • Towel change once a day
    • Parking at the Hotel or on the street next to the Hotel
      (car keys must be handed over to the management)
    • Bike rental for excursions along the Jesolo cycle path, the Hotel assumes no responsibility for problems with bicycles.
    • Private beach service with sun-umbrella, deck-chair and sun-bed.


    • Drinks in the bar and in the dining room
    • Phone calls
    • Tourist tax of Euro 1.30 per person per day

General rules of behavior in the rooms and in the Hotel

Prohibition of entry into the rooms of persons unrelated to the HOTEL. For the purposes of safety and privacy, visits by family members or friends must be authorized by the Management and the visitor is required to leave an identity document at the Reception which he will collect on leaving the Hotel.

Fire regulations

It is strictly forbidden to use in the room:

    • Warming stoves
    • Iron
    • Electric stoves

The ban is for electric razors, cell phone and PC battery recharging in accordance with CE regulations.
In case of damage to them due to force majeure they will not be attributable to the hotelier.
It is strictly forbidden to prepare or eat meals in the room for the Italian Hygienic-Health regulations, to guarantee the healthiness of the room and AVOID UNDESIDABLE GUESTS (ants, cockroaches and other insects).
